ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
The Founder of the Law Firm Akshay Goel is Post Graduate in Law and has been dealing in Litigation and Corporate Matters PAN INDIA. He is also empaneled an Advocate for Punjab National Bank. Under his leadership the firm to get empanelled with IIFCL. He is working as a Mentor for NGO Youth Against Injustice Foundation. He is also Empaneled as an Independent Director in Independent Director’s Databank and has cleared the mandatory assessment test required to remain on the Independent Director’s Database. He has also acted as a Guest Lecturer in Dharamshastra National Law University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and is also working as a co-author on a book titled as Lectures on Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He has won the Award from APAC Insider Magazine as the International Arbitrator of the Year (India), 2021. Under his leadership and guidance the firm won the award from various platforms this year also:

The founder is also a member of Young International Arbitrator in Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC-40), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC), Mumbai International Arbitration Centre (MIAC), Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration), Young ITA (Institute of Transnational Arbitration). The founder has also been recently empaneled as an Arbitrator with www.wevaad.com.
