The founder of the firm, Akshay Goel, is a postgraduate in law. He is a first-generation lawyer and has been the driving force behind the establishment of the firm through his dedication and hard work. He specializes in international arbitrations, corporate litigation, contract review and drafting, and is also a trademark attorney with expertise in commercial and recovery matters. He has a pan-India presence, representing clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and District Courts.

Has been giving Lectures on Law in Various Institutes across India like: Woxsen University, IILM University, IPEM University.
